By creating an account or using FanzScroll, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
FanzScroll is a subscription platform for creators and fans. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
Creators set subscription prices and are responsible for their content and compliance with law. Fans pay for access as described at the time of subscription. Both must not misuse the platform, harass others, or post illegal or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies.
Payments are processed by Paystack. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you chose. Refund requests are handled in line with our refund policy and Paystack’s terms; we do not guarantee refunds for change of mind. Fees and payouts to creators are subject to our payout policy and applicable fees.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a licence to operate and display it on the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights. Mature content must be marked appropriately; access may be restricted by age or location. We may remove content and report serious violations to authorities.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for operational or legal reasons. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanzScroll and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
